UPDATED 4/16/2020
NOI will now require each patient and visitor to wear a face covering prior
to entering the office & for the entire duration of their visit. The
face covering, or mask, must fully cover the nose and mouth. Due to limited
supplies, NOI will not be able to supply masks or face coverings to patients.
If a patient does not have a face covering, they will be asked to reschedule
their appointment.

As a medical provider servicing our community during this unprecedented
time, we are focused on resource preservation for our staff. For this
reason we are unable to provide masks or gloves to patients. Should you
have an active cough we respectfully request that you make a
virtual appointment with your provider or wait to a time that you are asymptomatic to visit
our office.
We appreciate your understanding during this time.
