Arthritis Foundation Jingle Bell Run - Dec 4th
This holiday season, Newport Orthopedic Institute will have a team participating in the Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell Run lead by our very own Christine Lopez. We welcome community members to join us in person or virtually.
Newport Orthopedic Institute is dedicated to helping patients suffering from arthritis. Dr. Alan Beyer is this year’s medical honoree. This family-friendly event helps to raise awareness and money to help our community members who deal with daily pain caused by arthritis.
One in every four Americans has arthritis, making it the nation’s leading cause of disability. Two-thirds of those affected are under age 65, including 300,000 children. Arthritis is a painful and debilitating disease that impacts people’s daily lives and the activities they can pursue.
The Arthritis Foundation is focused on finding a cure by making headway through scientific discoveries to help bring us closer to a cure.
