Studies show that seniors who engage in regular exercise reap huge health benefits, including the ability to remain strong and fit for years to come. Jill Ayres, MS, ATC at Newport Orthopedic Institute will review various strength and flexibility exercises that are important for people 55 or older.

Can you reach the top shelf? Do you know your limits? Learn how to use your body to gain strength and mobility in everyday life. You will learn easy ways to cheat your pain and limitations to make daily tasks more comfortable.
